It is very important to Measure Correctly and Carefully when Ordering Furniture from French Fairy! The furniture measurements are listed for our Furniture items but take into consideration the dimensions for Doorways, Entryways and Spaces with Banisters or Corners. Take into account any Obstructions that may Hinder you from getting your Furniture into place.
Delivery times
We make every effort to get our items to you on time. Items that we have in Stock will ship out within 2 Business Day unless otherwise noted. However other items are shipped from our suppliers and may take 8-12 weeks for Delivery if the Item is Custom & Handmade, Please note that our shipping Dates are Estimated and cannot be Guaranteed, Occasionally issues arise that are beyond our control which require longer production times.If this the case, you will be notified promptly.
Back orders
If an item you order is back ordered, Please note that a new shipment is expected soon and your order will be shipped immediately. You will receive a notice for expected date of delivery. If you do not want wait until the due date, you may cancel the order and your card will not be charged.

Return Policy
For the following items Furniture, one-of -a -kinds, we do not accept returns. Because these item are one of a kind and made to order, they do not qualify for returns, If you are uncertain if an item is custom made, Please call to verify, When you item is shipped to you, Please inspect them carefully and report any damages inured during shipping directly to the shipper and contact us immediately. A claim will have to be file wit the Shipping and Delivery company. We do not take any responsibility for damaged or lost items.

If for any reason your custom order does not arrive according to your specifications, Please contact French Fairy Immediately.
If your piece incurs damages during transit, the freight company will be responsible for having the piece repaired and returned to the manufacturer's standards at their own expense, Your item will be sent to a Furniture medic or back to the manufacture for repairs.
